Crystal Gallery Urgent Care is a service offered by Northwest Family Physicians. It is located at Broadway and Bass Lake Road on the 2nd floor of the Crystal Gallery Mall.

SAT-SUN: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
HOLIDAYS: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

This facility is open to all patients, not just patients of Northwest Family Physicians. We welcome new patients. We are providing convenient and quality medical care for those medical situations that "can't wait".

Crystal Gallery Urgent Care provides treatment for injuries and illnesses that need immediate attention. Common conditions seen in the urgent care are fevers, ear infections, sore throats, colds and other infections. Recent injuries such as fractures, bruises, strains, and cuts can also be treated. Patients who suspect a life threatening illness should proceed to an emergency room as our urgent care is not equipped with the equipment or personnel to handle such emergencies. Patients are seen on a "walk in" basis, usually first-come, first-served. Appointments are not made and we are unable to provide medical advice by phone.

Only your immediate medical problem can be addressed during an urgency care visit. Follow-up visits will need to be arranged with your primary care provider. If you do not have a primary care physician, we can provide an appropriate referral. We are unable to refill medications (unless directly related to the urgent medical problem) or provide services such as routine exams or routine vaccinations in our urgent care.

Patients are responsible for payment at the time of service. For many patients, this will involve paying a "co-pay" determined by your insurance contract. Some patients will need to pay in full at the time of service, and submit the claim to their insurance company to receive reimbursement. We will accept cash, check and Visa/MasterCard. The charges for each visit may vary according to the complexity of the medical problem, lab or x-rays ordered and treatment prescribed.
