Women's Health

I love being outside. I particularly enjoy summer time,
being out on the water, swimming, sailing and daydreaming.
I also try to balance work/life with my faith which is very important to me.
I have recently taken classes in Spring Forest Qigong and Peikin
which I have added to my Tai Chi practice.
I have, and I'm very proud of my 2 young adult children.
I also love to read and enjoy my monthly book club.
